BlackBerry Tour 9630 Review

BlackBerry Tour 9630, unlike other BlackBerry’s models, for example, Curve, Bold or Storm, is aimed more at the mass consumer market than business users. This is clearly visible in the set of functions available on BlackBerry 96530, and the emphasis that the manufacturer put on multimedia support.

BlackBerry Tour 9630

BlackBerry Tour 9630

BlackBerry Tour 9630 does not offer Wi-Fi. It supports the EDGE technology (4 ranges), CDMA EV-DO, UMTS / HSPA. According to the latest trends BlackBerry Tour 9630 offers access to social networking sites Facebook, MySpace and Flickr.

BlackBerry Storm 9530 Review – The first BlackBerry with touch screen

BlackBerry Storm is the first BlackBerry device with a touch screen. It is available only in the U.S. Verizon Wir29eless, though sometimes you can find it at auction portals (Amazon.com, Ebay.com)

BlackBerry Storm 9530

BlackBerry Storm 9530

BlackBerry Storm 9530 is characterized by innovation in a broad sense. BlackBerry Storm 9530 is equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus option, and - as it is already a standard solution - a video camera.

One of the undoubted advantages of the device is very clear, high contrast display. In addition, BlackBerry Storm 9530 deserves applause for a very sensitive high-resolution camera. You can also find the support for Visual Voicemail [as in the iPhone], enabling listening to voice mail messages, deleting them, and recording a new greeting.

However, there are still some glaring problems with BlackBerry Storm 9530. Even after upgrading the operating system with Verizon new OS in many applications it tends to become extremely dawdling. Another drawback - what many may wonder - is the lack of Wi-Fi and a QWERTY keyboard.

Problems related to software, according to Verizon and RIM, will be gradually corrected through further software updates. What is interesting, WiFi receiver is to appear in future versions of Blackberry Storm.

Blackberry 9000 Bold

Blackberry 9000 Bold looks extremely solid - has dimensions of 6.6 to 11.43 m 1.27 and weighs 133 grams. This is important because the BlackBerry is primarily known as a business phone - gets into the hands of a business phone. However, you can safely use it also as a private phone.

Canadian RIM has created its own operating system (BlackBerry OS), which is used in its smartphones. I must admit that their system is stable and very user-friendly: on the main screen you will find basic options - your messages, chats, web browser, etc.
How much does Blackberry 9000 cost? It costs around 500$

BlackBerry Curve 8900

BlackBerry Curve 8900

What else is special the phone? Certainly noteworthy TFT screen size 480/360 pixels. It shows only 65 thousand colors but has very good contrast. The device, as seen in pictures, has a full QWERTY keyboard. This gives possibility to write quick and efficient writing e-mails and text messages. It has a built-in Wi-Fi system, GPS navigation module, good processor, microSD card slot (up to 16 GB), BlackBerry maps, photo camera with autofocus and flash, the HTML browser, miniUSB connector, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, and a solid housing. Battery has a capacity of 1400 mAh, which in theory allows for six hours talks. It can be easily recharged not only by a charger, but also when connected to the computer through the USB cable.

Unfortunately, BlackBerry Curve 8900 also has some drawbacks. It has no UMTS module, so web browsing is not really comfortable. It also has a small built-in memory (256 MB) and no radio. A pity, because in the package, there are earphones and BlackBerry Curve 8900 can be used as an MP3 player.

BlackBerry Curve 8900 offers a media player (audio and video formats), and 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash.
