Sony Ericsson Aspen Review
Recently, Sony Ericsson unveiled its first phone with the latest Windows Mobile 6.5.3 on board – Sony Ericsson AspenWe took a closer look this ecological smartphone.
Sony Ericsson Aspen is equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen (240 x 320). It is enough to browse the Internet or view and write SMS’s. Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor with clock speeds 600MHz and 256MB RAM provide excellent performance of this nice smartphone. As or the communication, it supports WiFi, 3G HSDPA. Moreover, although it is becoming a standard in the newest smartphones, it also has a GPS receiver with A –GPS. There is of course bluetooth with EDR and A2DP and a microSD slot.
Sony Ericsson W980i Review
Sony Ericsson W980i is a top model in the series of Sony Ericsson Walkmans. Apart from an interesting design of this flip phone, we can also have a full access to music functions without opening the phone.

Sony Ericsson W980i
Sony Ericsson W980i offers loud and clear sound of music with two built-in speaker. When the phone is closed, we can control the player by using dedicated keys and movement.
Sony Ericsson W980i does not support memory cards, but its internal memory can accommodate up to 8 GB of data.
Sony Ericsson W980i has an LCD screen (320x240 pixels). The numeric keypad is accurate, convenient, has a large evenly spaced buttons with white backlighting.
The sound quality on voice calls is rather in contrast to the sound of music. I think it is a matter of a very small transmitter, because the sound is muffled and it’s sometimes difficult to understand callers. When using the Bluetooth headset, the problem will automatically disappear (the phone also supports Bluetooth stereo).
Sony Ericsson W980i has a 3.2 megapixel camera. Unfortunately, it lacks the flash. Although, the quality of pictures is really good, the maximum resolution is 2048x1536 pixels.
Sony Ericsson Aino Review
Sony Ericsson has recently released its new cell phone - Aino. Sony Ericsson's new slider looks promising. One of its most interesting features is that you can control the PlayStation3 console with it!

Sony Ericsson Aino
Sony Ericsson Aino’s dimensions: 104 x 50 x 15.5 mm. It weighs 134 grams. The image is displayed on a 3-inch screen with a resolution of 432 × 240 pixels. Sony Ericsson Aino is available in two colors: luminous white and obsidian black. Sony Ericsson Aino is equipped with a CyberShot camera with a resolution of 8.1 megapixel and such features as: autofocus, Face Detection and image stabilizer. Sony Ericsson Aino records videos in the VGA resolution. For music fans, Sony Ericsson has prepared a good media player equipped with the Mega Bass feature. Playback can also be controlled by shaking the phone. With the A2DP, it is possible to transfer audio to any Bluetooth headset. Sony Ericsson Aino was also equipped with WiFi and GPS receivers. The phone can also be used as a modem.
It May be a bit disappointing that the touch-screen mode only works in the media mode. The menu is operated using the sliding keyboard, but all in all Sony Ericsson Aino seems to be a really good cell phone with an excellent camera.
Sony Ericsson T715 Review
Sony Ericsson T715 is a small device, but it seems to have everything a modern phone should have. Sony Ericsson T715 allows 3G connections, supports video calls, has a camera, radio, MP3 player, the ability to synchronize with your computer and even a flashlight ... But there is no Wi-Fi. And that's a shame.

Sony Ericsson T715
Sony Ericsson T715 is a small slider phone with a small display. Its size is 240x320 pixels and 2.2 inches diagonal. It is worth noting that the display is readable even in sunlight.
In Sony Ericsson T715, the manufacturer offers plenty of multimedia features. Radio, podcasts, MP3 player with the possibility of selecting the music - it will satisfy many users. That's all we obviously keep the memory card for. The card is worth obtaining, because the phone itself has only 90 MB of internal memory.
Perhaps most of you will say that Sony Ericsson T715 has a poor camera (it offers only 3.2 million pixels matrix). There is, however, no need to worry - it is quite enough and the pictures come out sharp and with decent colors. Although, the lens is not signed by any known logo of the manufacturer. The camera in Sony Ericsson T715 offers a fairly bright LED as a flashlamp. In addition, it can still be used as a flashlight.
Sony Ericsson T715 has a 950 mAh battery. It is so efficient that recharging is not done often. According to the manufacturer, that is enough to keep the device up for 400 hours of standby or up to 600 min of talk.
Sony Ericsson W395 Review
If your cell phone speakers are too silent, the new Sony Ericsson may surprise you. The slider was created for young people who like to listen a lot, loudly and with friends. Hence, Sony Ericsson W395 is equipped with very strong loud speakers. The headphones in Sony Ericsson W395 are also special, because they offer the effect of the so-called enhanced stereo with strong bass.

Sony Ericsson W395
The MP3 player in Sony Ericsson W395 is a well known Walkman player equipped with TrackID, which once you have even a short piece of recording, it can identify it thanks to the Gracenote database.
What else about Sony Ericsson W395? This model is still without 3G. Sony Ericsson W395 offers only the 2MP camera. Anything else? Some preinstalled games, a voice recorder and a radio. The keyboard is not too big, so before you decide to buy W395, verify that you will use it comfortably. Sony Ericsson W395 has only 10 MB of internal memory, but thanks to the Micro Memory Stick slot, you can easily expand it.
Sony Ericsson Jalou Review
There are phones for which it is not proper to ask about features and performance - they are primarily made to catch the eye. Sony Ericsson Jalou is one of them.

Sony Ericsson Jalou
The casing is made very precisely, with pretty good quality materials. The first contact with Jalou brings a very positive impression. Ergonomics is a completely different topic. A small phone, even if this is the clamshell design, has always small buttons. People with larger hands might get a bit frustrated.
The menu in Sony Ericsson Jalou looks exactly the same as in all other models of this brand. The display, though with a pretty decent as for a non-smartphone resolution is very small. Viewing photos and Web pages is definitely not Jalou’s domain. Sony Ericsson Jalou is equipped with a standard web browser, which does well only with sites prepared for the cells.
In order to Sony Ericsson Jalou a typical music phone we will have to buy not only a USB cable, microSD memory card (not included in the box) and better headphones, but still add a special adapter. Sony Ericsson Jalou takes the average image quality pictures. And the built-in camera (3.2 MP) has no autofocus or flash.
Sony Ericsson Jalou - worth it?
There are plenty of better-equipped phones, which can be bought for the same or even less money - LG Cookie, Nokia 6303, Samsung Corby, Avila Samsung, Sony Ericsson C510 ... Technically, the only advantage Jalou has over them (except C510) is that it supports 3G networks. This is the phone for someone who focuses primarily on the appearance - not the features.
Sony Ericsson Yari Review
Sony Ericsson Yari is a slider devoted to entertainment: Games, photography, music. It even offers GPS navigation and this all can be viewed on a quite large 2.4’ screen.

Sony Ericsson Yari
Sony Ericsson Yari has a chance to become a real hit. First of all, it is not too expensive. $210 is the price offered by one of the providers (of course without a contract and unlocked), which will certainly fall when Yari will go to online stores. Reasonable price alone is not enough.
Sony Ericsson Yari is also very decently equipped. It offers a very good camera (5 megapixels with flash and autofocus), GPS, 3G network support along with fast data transmission, and for dessert a package of pre-installed games. What more could you want from an inexpensive non-smartphone? Maybe a decent battery? Go ahead - Yari has a battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh, which is sufficient (at least according to the manufacturer) for 11 hours of talk time.
Some people will certainly complain about the lack of a touch screen, but to be honest… you cannot have everything. Cheap cell phones with touchscreens, such as Samsung Corby and LG Cookie do not offer 3G, GPS and cameras with autofocus.
Although Sony Ericsson Yari offers only 60MB of internal memory, the manufacturer gives also a 1 GB microSD memory card. You can expand it to max. 16gb.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Review
Recently there has been a lot of talk about the launch of the Android smartphone from Sony Ericsson - Xperia X10. Finally, we were informed about the official release date, which is scheduled for 10 February 2010.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10
The good news is that the Japanese-Swedish company is preparing the device that will probably draw everyone’s attention. It's not clear whether the reported release date also applies to the European market, or if it refers only to Asia.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 will be equipped with the new 1GHz processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250. Its potential is huge and I have serious doubts as to whether Android will (at this stage) be able to use. Thanks to the efficient processor, designers can revel Xperia’s interface. UX (from the User eXperience) looks very attractive, it has the full use of media and the network abilities of Android.
As you probably already know, apart from the monstrous processor, inside of the Xperia X10 (X3) you can also find WiFi, HDSPA and a GPS receiver. Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 has a large 4 inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. This should be enough even for film enthusiasts.
Sony Ericsson has always installed good cameras in its top models. Xperia X10 does not stand out from this rul. The device will be equipped with 8.1 megapixel camera with image stabilizer, which, according to the information found online, will be possible to shoot videos in HD resolution.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not disclose what will be the suggested retail price of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.
Sony Ericsson W518a Review
Rumors about a new model of Sony Ericsson W518a, which appeared in March can be considered true. The FCC has authorized W518a to be sold on the American market.

Sony Ericsson W518a
SE W518a Walkman is a continuation of W508 model, but the successor will have the A-GPS module. W508a supports 3G HSDPA and it is equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera (not bad but could be better) and music keys on the housing. The memory can be extended by M2 memory cards.
As it is visible in the pictures, W518a looks pretty similar to its older version. The phone was introduced in the AT & T some time ago.
The W518a weighs 98g and has a rather small screen offering 240 x 320 px and 256K colors. Although, this should be enough for a Walkman phone. The main feature in this line of Sony Ericsson products has always been great quality sound. The MP3 player in W518a surely guarantees that.
