Microsoft KIN TWO Review

Microsoft has recently released two mobile phones: KIN TWO and KIN ONE. Both mobiles are full QWERTY keyboard sliders and have similar functions, the only difference is that KIN TWO is slightly bigger and has a better camera – 8 MP with the LumiLED flash. Kin Two, as well as Kin One, have some unique and very helpful features: Loop, Spot and Studio.

The main screen, which is called KIN Loop, provides the user with the information about what is happening in the world's social network. KIN automatically gathers data from the sites of Microsoft and third party, such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. Users can also choose their favorite persons, and KIN will automatically give high priority status for the updates, news, data sources and photographs of that persons. Another unique feature - KIN Spot - is a new way to share what is happening in the life of the user. Videos, photos, text messages, websites, location and status updates may be made available by dragging them into an area called the Spot.

KIN Studio means a phone in the network. Almost all the content created on the phone is available via the Internet from any browser. KIN Studio automatically creates a backup of SMS messages, call history, photos, videos, contacts and keeps a personalized digital log, allowing the user to go back in time to remind himself of the past events.

KIN is also the first phone that supports Windows Zune service, including music, videos, FM radio and podcasts. Customers with the Zune Pass subscription using the Zune software on their PCs can listen to millions of songs from the Zune Marketplace, or open their own personal collection. KIN also provides other features, including the browser with the possibility of sharing websites, local and Internet search in the Bing and an RSS reader.
