Samsung Pixon12 Review – The World’s First Phone With a 12 Megapixels Camera
Samsung Pixon12 allows for quick and easy picture capture, due to a special function assigned to the camera button - one touch that allows the user to access the camera module. After switching it on, it is enough to aim at the object and press the button to take shots as quickly as when using modern advanced digital cameras. Samsung Pixon12 is also equipped with fast-write image, allowing to take another picture in about two seconds.
By pointing to a moving object with a finger the camera will automatically track the object and set the focus (the function is called AF Tracking). Moreover. the camera automatically adjusts (Smart Auto) to a new environment and switching to a different mode depending on the background and lighting. The camera is equipped with a xenon lamp and a 28mm wide-angle lens.
Samsung Pixon 12 allows for easy uploading photos and videos directly from your phone to a popular community portals such as Facebook, Picasa, Flickr, MySpace, Photobucket, or Friendster. Samsung Pixon12 is equipped with a WiFi and HSUPA.
Pictures can be viewed on the 3.1-inch AMOLED display. In addition to the 10 000:1 contrast display, Samsung Pixon12’s display allows for saving energy and extends the battery life (compared to TFT). Pixon 12 can easily organize and manage photos, sorting them in different ways, according to such criteria as name, file name, and date of creation. The function of multiple-choice allows you to turn to select several pictures at once instead of each individual.
